Best proteins for somebody who cannot eat any seafood or liver?

I can't eat any seafood or liver. Believe me when I say I have tried in all ways, including all of the ways recommended in this forum (pates, stews, sauces, "hiding" the thing in something else, etc, etc, you name it).

Both of these things trigger the gag reflex in me. It's very annoying, and I wish it weren't so, but it is. I've finally accepted that if I buy any seafood or liver, as much as I tell myself I will force myself to eat it, I won't...because I cannot stand choking through the gag reflex. (This just a preamble to stop people from suggesting some new way of cooking either of these things so that I will be able to eat it. Whatever it is, I've tried it, and it doesn't work. The only thing that I haven't tried yet, but am open to, is to just make some sort of frozen pill that I swallow whole. More on that below).

My real question is: What protein sources do you recommend for somebody who cannot eat any seafood or liver? Currently my main protein sources are beef, eggs, milk, and chicken (with beef being by far the main protein staple).

But I feel like that's pretty limited. Also there's the whole concern about pufas in chicken...

Maybe I should be...
- Adding more ruminant meats, like lamb?
- Make an effort to eat more duck?
-Making frozen liver pills or frozen oyster pills (to swallow whole, without chewing) to avoid the gag reflex? Not crazy about this idea, but open to it, if it really seems like it would add to my overall health.

.. Or is having a diet whose main protein is beef (and some chicken and eggs) ok?

Note on liver: While I cannot physically eat liver, I do take it in powdered pill form (from ancestral health). I am open to making frozen liver pills, if I get convinced that it would really be worth it. Is that something that you would recommend?

Not on seafood: In my life-long quest to find seafood I can eat, I've found TWO things that don't trigger the gag reflex and that I can eat normally. Both are sashimi (raw fish): Raw tuna sashimi and raw salmon sashimi. For some odd reason these are the only two seafood items I can eat with normalcy. However, I only eat sushi about once a year, so I rarely eat this. But I would be willing to make an effort to eat more if it were really a great source of protein...What do y'all think of these as a protein source?

Thank you in advance for ideas

My understanding is that the sea food (shellfish) and liver are primarily for the minerals and vitamins, just find another source.

Beef, lamb, game meats, lean chicken, eggs, dairy are all good sources of protein
I like all of these. (except if by "lean chicken" you mean white meat, in which case I only like dark meat. But I try not to eat the skin).

I guess I was worried about eating beef as my main source of protein...basically every day. I'll just try to mix it up more with lamb

I can try, but I'm not optimistic about it. But I'll try

In a much briefer way of stating it: Is it a problem to ONLY eat beef and chicken, meat-wise?
