Red light therapy

What is a great red light therapy panel or belt?
For a belt i really like life pro fitness belt.
I have to email them to ask about radiation it emits.
Which red light panel is best?
Is it joov?
Is there anything with low emf and cheaper?
Im looking at amazon but not sure if those are low emf since they are cheap in price
Any recommendations are welcomed

I don’t find the led panels worth it. I just try to get early morning and evening sun exposure. A more full natural spectrum and intensity seems more beneficial in my experience.
