Gonna go for this red light device: Red light device - Red Light Man

The recommendations from red light man are like 7+ mins for thyroid and 5 mins for dermatitis at 5-10cm away and 2-14 times a week for example..

Another company ‘Life giving store’ said something about just 30 seconds per area, 3 times a week..

What is the best time per area treated do you think, with distance and amount of times per week that wont pose risk of side effects?

Is it best to start small and increase? It doesn’t recommend that but wondering..?

What are your treatments times and ranges or have been with good results and no negatives?

I've been thinking about starting off with 2 mins for my eczema areas which is generally all over my body and increase at 1 minute until i get up to 5 mins max and then would it be okay to be doing this everyday of the week for the recommended long term duration of what?

Thanks guys!

This is a good starting point to read.
Complete guide to light therapy dosing - Red Light Man

In general I like to get a dose of around 40 J/cm2 for thyroid, Time and distance depend on the lamp you are using. This is the basic equation
Power Density x Time = Dose
or
Power in mW/cm² x time in seconds / 1000= Dose in J/cm².
