I just had a hair transplant about 3000 grafts a month ago. I am worried about my current supplments and how they might impact the healing process.

I am taking:
d3 and k2
aspirin stopped 1 week before surgery and started again 2 weeks after surgery
serrapeptase ( just started )
l citrulline

Please let me know if anyone thinks these might negatively impact the healing process.

You are fine with those supplements.

I am on lisinpril for high blood pressure and cialis
(Not medical advice - for information only)

Lisinpril depletes zinc

Cialis is also a blood thinner

Most bp meds tend to thin the blood. I thinking adding serrapetase to your protocol might cause problems. Perhaps make sure you are getting enough zinc, which should facilitate healing, and review after a few weeks. Vitamin K might prove helpful - leaf greens if tolerated.

you need more milk to stop calcification, and cheese, coffee, sugar (a lot of it), salt (to increase blood flow)

I don’t take zinc supplements because I eat oysters. Dr Peat didn’t encourage zinc supplements although there are people on the forum who take zinc for specific conditions (I have done so in past too). If you search the forum you will find the relevant zinc threads. See also

I enjoy oysters but not regularly enough to make up for the zinc I need.
