No i haven't. I'm fine with refined wheat and white rice as my grains.Did you tried sorghum? Its a good grain choice for me, prepared the same way.
I've eaten oatmeal all my life and i'm better without. :)Sometimes it takes weeks to get used to s food like oatmeal. My theory is you could probably adjust to it if you wanted to. I eat white bread sometimes with not much distress. I think foods take a long time to adjust to. Doesn't make it great but it makes it tolerable. There is a lot to be said for minimal diet variation.
