What are your thoughts about magnesium glycinate vs magnesium lysinate glycinate? Does anyone here take magnesium as a laxative?
Magnesium oxide gets a bad rap since it isn't as absorbable, but you can simply increase the dose.
I don't mind a laxative side effect, since I need to speed up my gut transit, anyway.
