Does anyone have any tips on why my bulbs keep blowing out?
They're quite expensive per bulb, so I am keen to sort this problem out.
It may possibly be the brand of bulb. Being a noob, I don't really know why it would be blowing out. As far as I know, I have set it all up correctly.
This is what I bought to connect the bulb to:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00F ... ge_o01_s00
The two bulbs I bought, both worked fine initially. Both seemed to blow out after a few hours. There was no problems with heat from the bulbs. The bulbs were kept well away from anything to prevent damage to the bulbs.
The bulbs I bought were made by 'bulbrite'. This one:

The benefits I experienced from red light therapy was really positive, so I want to get this right. Does everyone else have problems with bulbs blowing out? They're expenesive aren't they?
