You look better then you think you do, but I will give you an answer assuming you are correct in your self assessment.

First, have grounded expectations.

It takes awhile for protein structure and bone to build. I used to have a jaw on the narrow side. Would have to use a retainer often to keep my teeth from crowding. Taking vitamin K2 for a year and a half or so made a difference, so no longer use the retainer, but it was slow going, and the growth is not super noticeable unless you look hard.

Try eating raw meat. It will give you confidence, libido, and will help build protein structures overtime.
Yes man i m correct.
That s a hands difference here with a friend
Like 2 years ago but now it s the same

I'm just going to reiterate what others have said. Your photos look fine, I'm sure you'll fill out into your early 20s.if that remains a concern for you. Learn to lift weights and train 3 days a week. Base a routine around squats, bench and deadlifts and then add in some other exercises that you enjoy.

Plenty of sunshine, plenty of food, plenty of sleep and socialising. Make sure your eating plenty of protein and calcium. Dont skimp on the carbs either.

Supplement wise at your age a good b vitamin, a little k2 and vit d is probably enough. These should also increase androgens which will help you "down below". You could try some magnesium and zinc before bed and maybe some creatine to support your workouts. Give it a year or 2. You'll notice a big difference.

There's only one thing for you to do : stop browsing the lookism forums
Yes, of course some things they say are dumb.
But in my highschool girls love guys with strong jaws and no one can deny that.
That guys also are the most athletic/with no gym.
Me here tryting to bench 70kg with 1 year of gyn, 4000kcal and this guy come here and smash 80 kg first attempt

I second the opinion of others here who say you look fine. You look strong. Please do not mess with steroids at your age. Improve diet, do weights, calcium/vitamin K/vitamin D or sunshine. Are you hypermobile? You mentioned the size of your wrists (which looks normal to me). Small wrist is often a feature of Ehlers Danlos. It could also be a question of comparing and despairing. You are fine, a good diet/and an enriching life should fix the rest.

is this a euphemism for something or have I really just read 20 posts about coming to terms with smaller wrist size?

So many young people are getting sucked down the rabbit hole of Incel & LMS Ideology.

They're pathologically obsessed with bone structure, height, etc.

Curiously enough, a number of them are entering the Peaty space - it's no wonder, they're sick, and want to be better.

Our culture is so sick. Many of the rabbit holes that people can get pulled into literally retrain the brain to see a distorted and deeply stress inducing world.

Like Danny says, it's as though there is a global psyop to drive the public towards psychosis.

You need to quit reading it for good. This place here might even be a little bit triggering because it seems like 80% of the young newcomers are sent over from there. Get your mind out of that place

I have thin wrists and I will be 31 years old. I don't know, your wrists look pretty normal to me.

I don't know about that! I like how I look and I'm healthy. It would be weird to me if I wouldn't look like I look. I do need to put on some muscles though.

I don t care about health if i can t enjoy what others have, so no.
I prefer to live just 5 years to be 6 ft 3 and have a big robust chin than 80 years like that.

It will make absolutely 0 difference to your life if you were 6 ft 3.

I was that tall at 16. It doesn't mean ***t.

Yeh. Time. You are 18, you can grow till 25 if you eat very well. You realize height cannot change that drastically but if you are 5'8" you can easily gain a few inches. You will never be 6'5" you need to get over it. You are only screwing yourself big time if you don't get it together. Your best chance is to eat well, sleep a lot, and eat foods very high in minerals and protein which will make your bones grow. And yes you seem to have some body fat so it will hide your facial structure.

Increasing IGF-1 should be the emphasis. Protein, red meat, dairy (calcium), zinc, vitamin C. All the things I told you already. Check out this article:
