Do You Also Crush Ibuprofin Like You Crush Aspirin?

Aspirin (NSAID) damages the stomach lining it is recommended to crush it into powder. Any form of NSAID can damage the stomach, would you also crush ibuprofin to avoid this damage?

I'm also worried about GERD with high doses of NSAID.

No. It doesn't work. Because it's not irritating directly to my knowledge. It is irritating through its prostaglandin inhibiting mechanism and would be the same even if it was injected to my understanding.
