I have a risk of developing T1D and some publications scare me , as i try now to implement Ray Peat's ideas.I do not want to get the same diabetis type1, as I have insuline problem since childhood
- Milk - all milk or only A1 variation can be a trigger for T1 (source - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15496808 , the authors also mention meat - through tryptophane as i can understand - and cereals - through gluten or other sensivities - as risk factors )
- Coffee consumption can also be associated with increased risk of T1 ( Coffee and autoimmunity: More than a mere hot beverage! - PubMed - NCBI).
