I need some opinions

Hello everyone
I'm really hoping someone can chime in on what they think is going on with me. I'm two weeks out from a colonoscopy and endoscopy and am driving myself stressed thinking about the causes of my issues. This summer my gut health really started to tank. I finally put together that the pain I was having behind my belly button was not my umbilical hernia, but digestive. I had a stressful month of August and towards the middle, I developed loose stools that turned into weeks of diarrhea. I used activated charcoal, but as soon as it would wear off, the diarrhea would come back. I see a Chinese medicine practitioner who was helping me try to get through it, but I wasn't having any luck. I wasn't responding to any of the things that would have worked for a regular bout of loose stools. I saw a video about a guy who healed his Ulcerative Colitis using diet and kefir. I brought the kefir and it has helped a great deal in getting me back to solid stools. Then I noticed what looked like pinworms in my stools. I'm formulating a plan for treatment. I read later that kefir can help fight against the worms and I guess that's why I'm seeeing them now. There hasn't been any blood in my stool. My labs showed a high IgA at 595, high Neutrophils at 7.1, and a low A/G ratio at 1.1. My CRP was high, but that has been high due to Costochondritis and has dropped 15 points since Peating. My ESR has returned to normal since Peating as well. My celiac panel was negative and all other labs were in range as far as the basics that they pull at the GI specialist. The pain behind the bellybutton (and below it) comes and goes and feels more like a stitch or cramp than broad abdominal pain. I'm not taking any supplements or using the adrenal cocktail right now, as I eliminated everything wondering what was going on. I'm a 49 year old female that is still menstruating with huge fluctuations in the cycle. I've got no appendix or gallbladder. My diet right now has been kept light and digestible. Eggs and fruit in the morning, soups and stews for dinner. Kefir with every meal. I really don't have very many people in my life to run this by, so I'm hoping others will share their thoughts. I hope I've provided enough information.

Could there be issues with the bile leaking into the intestines 24/7? I know after gallbladder removal diarrhea can become an issue though it does tend to sort itself.

Everyone might respond differently to different things, so I have no idea whether or not what helped me would help you. I certainly wish the best for you, and hope that you find relief.
For me my digestion stabilized a lot when I lowered my fat intake, eliminated all vegetables and started eating only fruit, meat, and dairy. Lower fat intake for me meant no full fat dairy and relatively lean meat. But my issues didn't fully resolve until I got through that tough chapter of my life, so a big part of the problem had little to do with diet.
Supplements and drugs that I used on my journey to health include psyllium husk to reduce the diarrhea, ivermectin to get rid anything unwelcome, palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) to lower inflammation, and occasional activated charcoal as needed. Ivermectin in particular made a big difference for me.

I have certainly considered this when the diarrhea started. I figured that I may have to wait for the colo/endo pics to get an answer as to whether or not bile has been affecting my intestines. I don't see how the kefir would've helped it though...although I certainly could be missing something.

Thank you for the information and the well wishes. I'm afraid of the Ivermectin because I don't want to rock the boat after getting the solid stools, but I know it would treat the pinworms in a more efficient fashion than the OTC stuff. May I ask if you did the paste or was it prescribed? Thank you for confirming another aspect of things that don't have to do with diet. I'm finding that there are many aspects of my life that need to change. This message keeps getting repeated over and over to me throughout this situation.

Its really hard to be going through these issues. I do hope you find relief.
I first used ivermectin years ago as normal human pharma pills in Latin America. It did seem like I would always have the best bowel movements after a dose. Around 2015 I did try the veterinary paste. To see the ivermectin conversation blow up over the last two years was wacky, but I'm glad it is still available and the price hasn't skyrocketed. I have animals and frankly I will not feed them anything I wouldn't eat, although I don't particularly like hay. It is obviously important to dose the paste correctly, but that is neither difficult nor mysterious.
