adding 1 tablespoon coconut oil to carrot salad okay?

    ive noticed in all the carrot salad advice they only require 1 tea spoon, but i been adding a whole tablespoon or more...mainly because i also wanna fix up my thyroid so wanna get coconut oil in as well. however it tastes gross so i can only tolerate it in carrot salad.

    That's the amount I use, sometimes even a little more.

    Are you using unrefined/"virgin" coconut oil? If so, try refined coconut oil. It has much less of a coconut flavor. RP prefers refined coconut oil as it tends to be less allergenic than unrefined.

    im using unrefined. i need to get some refined. But i noticed the ones in australia have a little bit of trans fat in em. so i will get one from america.

    I have no idea what that is, never seen it before.

    I did some google searches and found nothing for that in Australia

    oh that looks great Thanks for that!

    actually if u are in aus, do u know where u can find good cheese sources? im currently just eating coles parmesan cheese, but it contains cultures/enzymes so i dunn think i should be on it for too long.
