What do u guys think of this? White bread (redined flour, water, yeast) is my main starch and my main source of calories.
I never thought it had calcium. Is this accurate?

It is an additive. The question is how bioavailable it is.
The ingridients dont list calcium as additive. Google says it has calcium. Ive been eating bread and meat for a couple of days, no dairy. Dairy affects my mood negatively.
Idealabs calcium supp would be amazing.

If it is not in the ingredients, it probably doesnt have much calcium.

@haidut any idealabs calcium in the near future? :) if not, any suggestion? By the way, what do you think of body cravings? I do not crave dairy. I don't feel like drinking milk, nor does greek yogurt appeal to me. I don't eat cheese because it's too fat and I don't like fatty foods.
I take kuinone 12 drops per day. I'm wondering if i'm getting sufficient trace calcium from things like white bread, or some oj that i drink.
