Vitamin D And E ?

today i start taking
vitamin d3 5000 iu with some vitamin e 400 iu
and i was reading in some other threads that fat soluble vitamins must be balanced

like k and A

any recommendation?

I think K/A/D is a reasonable combo. I take vitamin E alone away from the K/A/D combo. If I want to take high dose of vitamin A, I take E with it to help with the unsaturation issue of vitamin A. K and A should be good especially if you already live in a hot sunny climate where you can get vitamin D naturally from the sun. I would do more experiments to see the best combos.
