Question: is Vit E 75k IU oil really pure Vit E?

I hope someone can help me out - I'm wondering if 75,000 IU vitamin E oil is indeed (near) 100% vitamin E or if there are any other oils/fats inside?

I understand that 75k IU refers to IU/ounce and one can do the math, but I don't trust my math entirely, lol. Thanks!
