I would like a quick reference guide that is correct, on which fat soluble vitamins to take together and and when to fit your eggshell calcium in and all that good stuff?? It gets confusing. .. . .I currently take D, eggshell calcium, magnesium, vitamin K and vitamin E and vitamin A. Thanks

Here's from my notes:

- Calcium 35 mg/kg (carbonate best form) 2800 mg x1/day in milk raises test 2.3 tsp

- Magnesium 10 mg/kg (carbonate? best form) 800 mg x1/day in milk raises test 2 tsp

- Niacinamide - 1.5 g 3x/day

- DHEA - 3-5mg x 2/day OR x3/day

- Pregnenolone - 50 - 100 mg/day

- B1 (thiamine HCL) - 1500 x3/day

- B2 riboflavin-5-phosphate [varies, 12.5 mg probably safe]

- B6 (pyridoxine-5-phosphate) - 5 mg x1/day

- Biotin 5 mg x3/day

- Selenium - Sodium Selenite 200 mcg x1/day

- Zinc 20 mg/day

- Copper 2 mg/day (Haidut recommendation by doctors to avoid copper toxicity)

- Caffeine - dose varies (300 mg x3/day)

- Methylene Blue - 200 mcg x2/day (w/ aspirin)

- L-Theanine - 200 mg x3/day

- BCAA - 3500 mg x1/day in milk

- Thiamine: 4.5 g (lactate and ammonia)

- Aspirin: Under 1 g/day (according to Ray Peat [could damage intestines])

Fat soluble vitamin absorption: 20-25% *use 4-5 x oral dose on skin*

- VItamin D: 5,000 IU/day (ratio of 5:1 Vitamin A: Vitamin D) (top)

- Vitamin A: 25,000 IU/day (top)

- Vitamin E 200 IU/day (oral)

- Vitamin K2 1-10 mg /day, 1 mg/325 mg aspirin (top in DMSO)

Complementing the post above:

- Taurine (increases absorption of fat soluble vitamins and improves glycogen storage iirc). 3g/day
- Gelatin/Collagen Hydrolysate if using muscle meat as main source of protein. ~20g/day
- Tyrosine to counter the dopamine depletion from BCAA. ~1500mg/day
- Redlight on thyroid and testicles (careful with IR and excess use)

Generally, take vitamins with foods that normally have a large amount. Take vitamin A with liver; take calcium with juice or milk, etc. It's a good rule of thumb.

This doesn't really apply if you're balancing a certain food, say calcium with meat.

Don't take vitamin E with iron.

thanks for all those links, but still didn't find an answer on a and d together? And I read somewhere here that D lowers A and that you need more A than D, is that true?

You didn't read my notes. I'm not sure if they directly antagonize each other like K and D.

I did see the links but i scrolled down and didnt find a and d.
It's a 1:5 ratio D to A, and Dr. Peat recommends topical for A and D, but he doesn't emphasize topical as much with E and K(1 and 2).
