Not sure. I'd be interested to find out. Every milk chocolate I find has carageenan in it. Unless you make your own milk chocolate like I do (cacao, milk, maple syrup, salt).
@haidut do you eat the salads to compensate the Coke/Pepsi (in the sense of missing out the calcium and magnesium that is present in orange juice)?

I was thinking about doing that myself maybe, because I don't react good on fruit juices for some reason, so I mainly live on potatoes and milk.

What kind of salads are we talking about then? Lettuce? Kale?

You won't be getting much nutrition from salads. Try well cooked veg if you want some extra minerals.

The following studies confirm my suspicious regarding the ideal armrest angle for food consumption and overall health:

"Armrest angle was indicative of digestion, skin health, mitochondrial cellular respiration and Bristol stool charting. The greatest health benefits fell between the 43rd and 48th degrees".

Interesting this study coincides with babies, i.e. the photo below... the youth metabolism.

I do drink fruit juice when available. What I am saying is that I won't go out of my way to get it. If all I happen to have that day is Coke/Pepsi, that will be the main source of sugar that day.
Chipotle told me that they use no oil to cook the Carnitas. Sure, there is some PUFA in the pork naturally, but the sowercream and cheese I add to it balance it out. It is the SFA/PUFA ratio that is more important than absolute PUFA value.
I used to eat a lot at Chipotle and still do on occasion. Not sure why they said no oil in the carnitas. All the meats and rice have either rice bran or sunflower oil. I was told they brush some on and their ingredients also list these oils:
Chipotle
But yeah , as you mentioned not a big deal if you can balance it out.

In the "Oxidal" thread haidut mentioned he sometimes applies Oxidal to muscles after wightlifting. Did he ever describe the way he trains so that workouts are still "Peat-friendly"?

I think it's very telling that doctors are "triggered" so easily.

Amen, brother!

Though to be fair, one doctor got triggered when I was doing paleo, he actually slapped his forehead and told me that my cells needed sugar for energy production. I guess people generally have a lot of weird ideas about diet.

How do you personally get enough potassium? You mentioned that you don't eat much starch and milk..
My post was lost but the reason I'm asking is that those are foods that most people with digestive troubles here tend to avoid; and to rely mostly on leafy greens and fruit, you'd need to eat a lot of those to get about 4g.

You're making the assumption that you need an x amount of potassium every day. I'm ready to bet the mineral requirements are quite low when the health and diet are good.

Edit: and it's hard to find someone that does well on a high carbohydrate diet with much less than that amount.

Orange juice, chocolate, and some milk products like creme brulee.

Yup that sounds about right! Quite violent. I actually Use that effect to remove The CO2 when making cola gummy blocks.

If you're in the UK try these... Fresh whole milk, cream (milk) 13%, caramel 10,5%, sugar, fresh egg yolk, whole fresh egg.
