Any and all thoughts on supplementing copper? Have you tried it? Why or why not?
I'm thinking some people (including myself) may have iron overload/copper deficiency to the point where just eating liver, bee pollen, etc is not going to solve the issue.
I understand the mainstream is terrified of copper toxicity, but I'm having trouble finding any actual proof of this being such a big issue.
Can't recall if I've heard Ray ever talk about supplementing copper specifically.

Where does the adrenaline - copper connection come from ?

I recall ray saying in an old newsletter that copper supplementation is not safe because it can oxidize and other things so its safer to stick to foods high in copper...

Don't take high dosages. Copper lowers metabolism. You need some but not too much. In food it is often combined with potassium and magnesium. If you take it perhaps also take those minerals.
