New way to eat oysters!

Pickled.
Drain and rinse a tin of oysters
Fill a mason jar with oysters, 3/4 the way to top
Fill to top with vinegar
Add salt and your preferred pickling spices.
I used salt, garlic and dill.
Refrigerate overnight

They taste like pickles with a texture of cooked tuna.
I also don’t look at them when eating 😉

Thanks for sharing. Very creative but I don't think I'll be trying pickled oysters anytime soon.
