Whey Free Diary.

Primarily Greek Yogurt, Cheese, Casein Powder. Gelatin As well.

The lack of Tryptophan in all three is significant. Low in all Anti-Thyroid amminos.

This Will greatly raises dopamine and lowers serotonin-Cortisol.
The Calcium Speeds things up as well.

Example of my diet may be

Breakfast
Over Night Soaked Oats, Greek Yogurt, Raw Honey, Juice.

Lunch Caseins powder, Cheese, Potato's, small Fruit

Dinner Gelatinous Meat, Potato's or Rice, Small fruit

Desert Greek Yogurt Raw honey.

May also help with fatigue, mood, hair and skin(blood flow, both looks better) and others by depleting Tryptophan/serotonin.

Just something to consider
"he fatigue produced by “over-training” is probably produced by a tryptophan and serotonin overload, resulting from catabolism of muscle proteins and stress-induced increases in serotonin. Muscle catabolism also releases a large amount of cysteine, and cysteine, methionine, and tryptophan suppress thyroid function (Carvalho, et al., 2000). Stress also liberates free fatty acids from storage, and these fatty acids increase the uptake of tryptophan into the brain, increasing the formation of serotonin. Since serotonin increases ACTH and cortisol secretion, the catabolic state tends to be self-perpetuating. This process is probably a factor influencing the rate of aging, and contributing to the physiological peculiarities of aging and depression."-RP

"Decreasing tryptophan or decreasing serotonin improves learning and alertness, while increased serotonin impairs learning."

Fat Free,

My Costco has a big tub of oragnic kirkland for like $6, pretty crazy actually. With raw honey it makes me not want to eat meat.
