Is it possible to have low androgen receptors in mustache and high everywhere else?

For years I try to crack why my mustache would be that sparse. The rest of my beard (except under the lip) is pretty thick and dark. Mustache is just sparse and I want a thick stache.

Is there anything I can do about it or should I forget about it?

Increasing androgens make me grow it darker, faster, sure, but really does nothing to stache.

I have this effect with body hair including face in the general it could be because my facial hair started growing later and my leg hair grew very fast and due to that my leg hair are denser and face chest stomach hair aren't that dense yet and are in lesser counts and softer so maybe it's about how long time the androgenic activity has been activated in a specific area of the body and maybe some people just have less androgen receptor activity in some areas while above average activity elsewhere I wonder if it's possible to increase androgenic receptors in specific areas of body is there some supplement that does that?
