It seems my gut doesn't like it when I take fat-soluble vitamins orally( except for vitamin K2).

I often take E topically. Seems like any form would be fine. I think fat soluble are often better topically.

Have you tried “dry E succinate” orally? Doesn’t cause me any problems while the other gelcap kind does.

Thanks for answering!

The vitamin E that I have lying around in my cabinet is of that kind. I haven't tried it orally. It's good to know it isn't a problem for your gut. I think someone commented once that tocopheryl succinate was the only form of vit. E that didn't cause stomach problems, so it seems like it's much more user-friendly than other types. I plan on trying it orally soon, and if my gut dislikes it, I'll try on my skin.
