Safe Substances, Vitamins ADEK

Vitamins E and K2 (mk4) are among the safest substances. Extremely high, unnatural doses have been used without producing symptoms.

The other 2 fat soluble vitamins, A and D, are NOT safe at extremely high doses. They're dangerous and possibly deadly.

When you take a lot of vitamin D, you need to take some vitamin A as well, and vice versa. I think it's interesting that the two dangerous fat soluble vitamins have to be balanced.

On the other hand, there are some things that suggest that vitamins E and K have to be balanced. Then we would have that the safe fat soluble vitamins have to be balanced with each other as well.

D also has to be balanced with K, at least at the cynical doses used in experiments.

Well this actually makes sense J.

When we are looking at these vitamins we must see what their function is. Although vitamine A, like 'vitamin D' has some non-genomic effects, most of its action is due to transcriptional effects. They 'activated' proteins or also called 'receptors' form heterodimers, like RXR/VDR.

Relationship between Vitamin D and K is due to their effects and not so much because of any interaction with eachother.
