Ideal potassium/carb ratio?

With a lack of quality fruit juice available, refined sugar makes up a good bulk of my diet. Since it doesn’t have any potassium, I eat some (well cooked) potatoes every day for potassium. Anyone know a good K/ carb ratio to shoot for ? (for insulin managing purposes).

Also, do I have to worry about eating potassium with every meal, or does it stay in the system for awhile like vitamins do?

Average a few fruits, then divide the potassium by 2. Ratio that ignoring fructose in any form.

Potassium is more related to phosphorus. 2-1-2-8-4 calcium-magnesium-phosphorus-potassium-sodium. Some use 3:1 with phosphorus and drink more water. For example, 1066-460-1166-3500-3000 and 8 cups water per 1.5g sodium.

I thought about doing it that way, but even Peat does not consume only juice for his carbs; he drinks coke etc etc. So I wonder if that is over estimating the amount needed
