Really thinking about purchasing WAY-316606 to regrow hair.

If anyone has had any experience with this chemical, how effective was it and what is the best way to use this for maximum benefits?

Used topically or orally or even both? If topical at what dose, surface area, and how many times per day, same with oral and ect.
