When i go lower fat (lots of fruit, seafood, shellfish, poultry diet) for 2-3 days and then add ~60g of suet (to same diet) it hits me like rocket fuel, i have LOTS of energy (mental & physical) that day. But next day 1) fruits loose their stimulating/energy giving power 2)~60g suet won't work as well or even will make me tired.
Ideally i would like to have 60g suet with my breakfast, enjoy the benefits till ~3-4pm, and then "undo" saturated fat so next day i will have great day again. Fasting & lemon water somewhat work, but not enough.
