The reason I’m trying no starch is to see if it improves my gut issues and lowers serotonin. I’ve been doing it for a week and so far haven’t noticed a benefit. In fact, when I went on vacation I ate a lot of starches and felt better. Whenever I cut out starches I feel so hungry so I don’t know how long I can keep this up. What would be a good trial length to see if this helps me at all?
