How Bad Is It If Your Stool Are Hard And You Only Have A BM Every Other Day?

I have struggled with constipation for years but it has reached a frustrating point. I don't feel terrible as my diet has become more peat like over the last month or so...I used to fast for 16-18 hours every day and now I eat smaller meals focusing on gelatin, coffee with sugar etc, dairy, less muscle meat protein etc but I am not pooping nearly enough. Once every 2-3 days....and they are huge turds that clog most toilets and or hurt my bum hole. Generally apeaking, they are fish out of water in the toilet bowl. Sorry for the TMI but I am sick of this habit. Any suggestions for morning routines and ideal compositions for regular movements would be welcomed.

I don't take thyroid but ever since doing some homework on Ray peat I have come to the conclusion that I am relatively hypo. Very naturally lean with low body temp (96.1 under arm on average) and low pulse. 65-70.
