Does anyone else have this issue while Peatering? This is by FAR my number 1 issue while following a Ray Peat -inspired diet... getting bunged up xD
I must be missing something though.
Usually, my fibre comes from dates, nuts, seeds, bananas and so on, but of course all of these are no-nos pretty much when following Ray's guidelines.
So... where do we get our fibre and/or how do we manage regularity as Peatarians? ^^
