Fibre/Regularity?

Fiber is not necessary for regularity. Read the book fiber menace. It does a very good detailed job of explaining this. BUT fiber itself is no benefit to the body just stresses out your intestines in small reasonalble quanitities its fine but not large amounts what so ever.

Umm, do you even Peat? Raw carrots and boiled (canned) bamboo shoots? Fiber. Fruit? Fiber.
