Nice- will remember that! The worster sauce reminds me of my mom's great clam dip recipe- not the most Peaty but it sure was good- made with worster sauce, lemon juice, clams/juice, cream cheese, and lot of Ruffles potato chips. Yum yum yum.

Oh my gosh my grandma use to make clam dip too, so good! Now why wouldn’t it be “Peaty”? ?

Too funny! Why we both have such good taste- ha!
Here's why it's not Peaty-

Oh I know that, I meant why can’t it be Peaty by making it with grass fed dairy and having it with coconut oil chips, like Boulder use to have, or making homemade potato chips. It would be a more elevated version and it probably would taste even better!

Go for it, Rinse! Post it as "Clam-Digger's Dippers" or something like that (and digger has dual meaning, you dig? LOL).

Just remembering Jackson's Honest Potato Chips fried in CO- never could find out why they stopped making them. If you look at their website, the only thing they now market is Sweet Potato Chips. Just did a cursory check on Az for "potato chips fried in coconut oil". Nothing comes up-- by any brand. What gives? Having said all that, homemade potato chips tossed in CO and baked in the oven would be a perfect pairing with your Digger's Dippers recipe! ?

And of course, with the other ingredients, you have another fully satisying Peaty meal.?. Oh- and don't forget the Worster sauce- IMO that is the finishing touch.

The Worcestershire is a must in that clam dip!

Here is my new favorite protein snack, melted/baked cheese topped with a good homemade salsa!

These are delicious! Only problem was I didn’t make enough! Thank you for the recipe. I’ll be trying your other wing recipes in the near future.
Oh my gosh I love those wings! I use that sauce on my roasted corned beef too, like a better honey baked ham! Thanks for letting me know you made them! That makes me happy :)

Is making grape jello out of gelatin and mixing it up with whipped topping in little chunks peaty?
Like you are using grape juice to make your own jello? “Whipped topping”, like Cool Whip or that canned whipped cream isn’t “Peaty” like whipping up the cream yourself. It takes 3 minutes to whip up your own, with sugar and a little vanilla extract. I made my own last night to top my homemade chocolate pudding, which took me 7 more minutes to make!

I used grape juice and unflavored gelatin for the jello, but I just used tub of whipped topping from from store. It was p good. But I thought it was junk food but I wasn't sure

I don’t like those whipped toppings, they are creepy, heavy and junky. My grandmother use to make orange or lime jello and put in a can of drained fruit cocktail and it was always light and “Peaty”. I like to make mine with fresh fruit. Here are pics of some of my combos.

I read somewhere just now, that if u eat a lot of cottage cheese then get low sodium kind.

I read on here that potassium/ sodium balance should be more potassium. They make low sodium salt with potassium in it, should I use it. Is it peaty or is the anti caking agents bad?

Ray Peat says salt is good.
