has a major problem with hikikomori (reclusive social withdrawal) and there is some really extreme porn coming out of that country, which both point to major estrogen/serotonin dominance problems.

Japanese porn is tame stuff compared to the ***t coming out of Germany. Take that sentence literally, if you will.

There is functionally no difference between Japan and the west. Both have abysmal fertility rates, the western ones are sometimes slightly higher because they're propped up by immigration from 3rd world nations. Japan has hikis, the west has incel shooters. It's the same stuff. Same thing for economic growth rates, propped up by importing 3rd world cheap workers.

Germany just happened to succeed economically, while Japan stagnated--the only reason you think this means anything is because of western WW2 dogma which insists on comparing the two. South Korea is a flourishing state with 3rd world economic growth rates in a 1st world economy. Tallest people in Asia and still growing (the west has stopped). For a Japanese analogue, just look at the UK/France/Spain/Italy/Greece or pretty much any other stagnant European country that isn't Germany or its periphery.

Japanese being shorter is just low calcium diets + short island genetics. Same reason the Brits are short compared to other north Europeans (I felt taller in Scotland than in NYC, and that's saying something)

If you spoke German, you would know. It's a much more inflected language than English, and the simplicity of the English language (especially inflection of verbs - there are only four inflections) makes it very easy to learn and think with. German has lots of inflections for verbs and adjectives, and, overall, it's a language made for bureaucrats.
How you can hold such a negative opinion about German as a native speaker is beyond me.
German is the more precise language (higher resolution) and offers more complex sentence structures.
It is far more suitable for natural sciences, engineering and philosophy in my opinion.

On topic:
For many traditional processed foods, there are dedicated "butter" versions, which are restricted by law to contain only butter as a fat.
Some examples:
-Buttertoast
-Butterkeks
-Buttercroissant

The fertility rates are stemming from the Hi-Quality of Life in these developed countries.
Japan stagnates at a very high level of development though. They seem very fine, but on Paper there are problems.

@Atman

I agree, and disagree with esteemed @Kartoffel s opinion on the German language.

Not only is it a precise, albeit elaborate language (interlinked) but leaves much room for Wortschöpfungen.

What is to observe though is the decline of the quality of the language. Spoken German not so long ago was very polished, gentile, decent, even artfulish/verspielt ... look st even or no further than Rühmann-Films or Heimatfilme. And compare it with the Gossensprache of today.
Merkel can’t occasionally form half a decent sentence. Claus Clebers Ausdruck is not worthy of a Deutsch-LK- as prominent contemporary examples.
Cortisol and estrogen ruins languages or the capacity to speak / think decently too it seems

Why is fertility even discussed without mentioning the fact many women and men simply do not want children or more than 1 or 2 children.

We are not living in and era where having 3-5 children was the least children to have, societies are not agrarian anymore and people have moved away from that mentality.

Women and men do not want tons of kids anymore simple as that, especially in developed areas of Europe.
Probably most of the people here have not dealt with lots of dirt poor people. Tell anyone like that to buy condoms, use protection or birth control pills, they wouldn't pay the money for such things anyway, and they neither do abortions.
Now put that in context of having sex all day long for years and having 5 children by the age of 35.
I personally know lots of dirt poor people with lots of kids which they not eat oyster for fertility, they do not consume all kind of fancy diets and have extremely stressful lives yet they have sex so much that finally they end up with 3-5 kids by 35.

Of course having no children is no responsibility.

All eastern europe goes west to take care of children and old people, people have "jobs" that earn them the money to hire others to take care of them.

Germany is as an population-aggregate healthier than other countries. But still, the amount of lack of wellbeing even in the above-average community
is astounding.Lo-grade depression,anxiety,dyslogia, everywhere.
Americans seemed always to have a different temper, but its just that the phony tv-anchormen in USA consuming Multi-Vitamins,avoiding overt deficiency.
Americans have engrained in them a false sense of entitlement and a false sense of superiority, specifically in the productivity sector.

It‘s the heute-journal and he is constantly stuttering despite reading pre-written Textes and when moderating freely his German is often not appropriate to serious journalism - at least to the qualities I think that profession should convey, including not least verbal profiency.
I think it’s in part due him being fully aware of reporting lies, twisting narratives and feeling and knowing that the audience for good parts knows it. It’s nervousness and the remnants of a conscience provocing his substandard performances.
Ah, who cares for those half-wits.

Why are the official Nutrition-Guidelines in Germany and the West in total as bad as they are?

Anyone got knowledge or ideas on that?

Why is there no mentioning of Nutrition in Healthcare at all?

It kills the populace after all.

How can this be explained? Honestly, since almost everything contains canola oil I find it hard to even believe that PUFAs can be so bad.
Do most people in Germany eat a large proportion of processed food, or is there lots of home cooking happening?
Cooking from basic ingredients largely avoids the issue, unless people use canola etc in home cooking too.
Is the proportion of oil in processed products high? Are they also eating lots of dairy and ruminant meat?

The table in this 2015 study doesn't show Germany as having particularly high PUFA intake, or particularly unfavourable ratio to SFA, compared with the other European countries studied:
Intake and sources of dietary fatty acids in Europe: Are current population intakes of fats aligned with dietary recommendations?
Only IT and SL (Italy and Slovenia?) have both higher SFA ratio and lower PUFA proportion of energy.
