I have a low libido and I personally didn't notice any changes to it while taking 1.5-2mg cyproheptadine daily

I would not be surprised more people would feel they fall in the category you have mentioned, low libido and Cyproheptadine has no effect, neither increase neither decrease from that low libido point.

Depends on the dose. Low dose of 0.5-1mg, no change. Higher dose, a reduction. I also notice orgasms aren't as fulfilling at the higher doses.

It lowers my libido and hurts my erectile quality bad. Also shrinks my testicles for a few days after taking it. I take 0.5 mg.

I don’t know if I’m high libido or normal. I’m definitely a porn and sex addict.

I noticed at more than 1 mg, it made sex less enjoyable but it helped with POIS afterwards, probably because it antagonizes that dopamine surge in sex, so there is no need for the prolactin spike response.
