is it fine to mix cocoa or cacao powder in milk alongside sugar? which one is superior?
both contain iron and copper? so does using cocoa powder mean you basically don't need liver or beef, since youre getting iron and copper from it.
is it better to get alkalized cocoa powder?
it seems like it could be similar to white rice vs brown rice, white vs brown bread etc where the processing actually makes cocoa safer than cacao? I heard cacao can have toxins and issues so maybe cocoa, and alkalized cocoa are the best options?
additionally, plain milk with sugar added to it seems to have a bad effect on teeth, that can mostly be mitigated if you drink plain whole milk soon after drinking the sugared milk.
but cocoa/cacao milk with sugar seems to not have a negative effect on teeth or breath the way sugared plain milk does.
