Can Vitamin K2 Improve Sunken Jawline?

Hi

Around two months ago my jawline got sunken in, making that part of my face look a lot thinner compare to the rest of my face. i don’t know whether it’s because of fat loss in that area or bone change. In fact, these facial change happen to me every once in a while and recover after few months. Can taking vitamin k2 help?

Sorry for my bad English, when I said”sunken jawline” I meant the part of the face that is above jawline but below the mouth sunken in
