Anyone experience whiter teeth from Vitamin K2?

Been taking a few drops of Haiduts K2 supplement the past couple weeks and I am astounded at how white my teeth have gotten! Anyone else have a similar experience?

Which form of haidut‘s k2 do you take and how much?

Yea I don’t need to brush my teeth as often, really good quality stuff that Kuinone, better than any K2 brand I’ve tried in terms of effects. Heard Danny Roddy say he gets great sleep from K2 so I’ve been trying using it on gums before bed and yea it’s a great sleep aid too.

Thanks I am going to try this gum tooth application before bed. Currently doing topical before bed.

putting it on your gums is for better absorption, or for a more localized effect?

Kuinone, in ethanol

4-5 drops (8-10 mg) on wrists once daily for about a month (not sure if this is overdoing it or what)

also been taking egg shell calcium daily for about the same amount of time, which could play a factor

yea it’s a great sleep aid too

i vaguely remember some connection it has with GABA, but cant find any source to back that up.

i definitely am more relaxed/calm lately
