And she's probably also wearing a skirt with strappy sandals, so more skin is exposed. Basically, she is dressed appropriately for the summer season. Are men allowed to wear shorts, sandals, and sleeveless tops during the summer at most office jobs? I doubt it. You could perhaps say the dress code is sexist in favor of women.
