Nutritiondata has oranges at 4 to 1 Calcium to Magnesium, but you are right it has orange juice at 1 to 1!
I think the commercial OJ makers use shredders and enzymes to liquefy the pith and peel, so maybe there is a lot of magnesium in the peel...?
This is quite confusing though:
