This needs to be on a teashirt
Surely this must be illegal?
No unemployment checks for health workers who refuse vaccine
PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — There will be no state unemployment benefits for health care workers who are fired for refusing to get employer-mandated vaccinations against COVID-19, state officials said Thursday.apnews.com
Why would it be illegal?
When you bargain with a bankrupt entity like the government (who is over $28 Trillion in debt) for a benefit, you take on the corresponding liability.
Benefit- Promissory Notes in the form of "unemployment check." Liability- Pay taxes and take the demonvax.
Yeah, that's why all the companies are going with "involuntary resignation" as your punishment for non-compliance. The court battles are going to be fun.Surely this must be illegal?

They ditched the mandate because they have 90% compliance. Not fact checked:View attachment 29072View attachment 29072
Figured. They ditched the mandate because they have 90% compliance.
“As we previously reported, on Sept. 9, 2021, President Biden directed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to require employers with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing as part of a new COVID-19 action plan. The president also directed OSHA to mandate paid time off for employees to get vaccinated. OSHA will implement these directives by issuing an emergency temporary standard (ETS).OSHA is working on standards that pass legal muster. That includes a number of rigorous, time-consuming steps, like demonstrating that workers face a grave danger at work and that a rule is necessary to address the danger.
The agency is also working through the long list of questions that business groups have sent seeking guidance on the finer points of vaccine mandates. A few of the thorny issues:
- Will independent contractors count toward the 100-employee threshold?
- Who will pay for testing? Companies? The government? The unvaccinated?
- Will vaccine mandates include boosters, if approved?
