When you bargain with a bankrupt entity like the government (who is over $28 Trillion in debt) for a benefit, you take on the corresponding liability.

Benefit- Promissory Notes in the form of "unemployment check." Liability- Pay taxes and take the demonvax.

From the UCC (Commercial Code) point of view, because unemployment is like insurance or fund for the fired : While they worked they've paid into unemployment fund, now they should be paid back what they put in, at least, plus interest.

From the legal standpoint, its illegal as deprivation of rights and conspiracy against rights 18 USC 242 and 18 USC 241. Pretty much every state has corresponding codes.

However, Rights belong to the belligerent litigant. If you want them you must claim them. United States v. Willis, 145 F. Supp. 365, 367 (M.D. Ga. 1955)
Otherwise, they will be usurped by public servants at every opportunity, you won't have time to blink. And convid is certainly such a great opportunity for this.

Yeah, that's why all the companies are going with "involuntary resignation" as your punishment for non-compliance. The court battles are going to be fun.

Biden may take his party down with him. For now, he does not have the full support of the executive branch of the government. I am still waiting for the looming OSHA regulations (non-mandate of course ) the allededly are going to severely penalize companies with more than 100 employees. Has it been 6 weeks from Biden's threat?

The legislative branch of government in the US has been quiet. They have been bought by big pharma. Think the cost of medicine, other health care costs and the lack of medical liability for vaccines. In addition, the medical profession has been bought or intimidated (silenced) by Fauci and friends.

The third and final branch of government in the US is the judical branch. That pesky US Constitution kept Biden from directly requiring mandates. His work around the law is to to it indirectly through OHSA. All eyes are on the courts at this point.

The Chicago police are standing against the mandate by refusing to report their vaccine status. The Major tried to twist it into a illegal union walkout. But the police union ( the Fraternal Oder of Police or FOP) is not encouraging a walkout. They are simply not endorsing the need to report vaccine status. The added work requirements dictated by the Major were not neogiated by the union and so the union does not recognize them. In addition, I beleive that requiring police officers to report their vaccine status is a violation of the HIPPA laws, the severity of the predicted severity of pandemic may have changed that or perhaps it just needs a legal challenge.

There could be thousand of Chicago police who may not report their vaccine status. Some of them have worked for the police force for decades and can retire. The Governor of Ill. has offered its State Police to step in and assist if necessary. There appears to be only more than about 3,000 Illinois State Police. The lawlessness that may result from this state mandate gone wrong will bring it to the courts soon.




Some of my friends were born and schooled in Eastern Europe. As kids, they all knew that media is controlled by the state. I am hoping that Americans wake up to that understanding.

OSHA is working on standards that pass legal muster. That includes a number of rigorous, time-consuming steps, like demonstrating that workers face a grave danger at work and that a rule is necessary to address the danger.

The agency is also working through the long list of questions that business groups have sent seeking guidance on the finer points of vaccine mandates. A few of the thorny issues:
  • Will independent contractors count toward the 100-employee threshold?
  • Who will pay for testing? Companies? The government? The unvaccinated?
  • Will vaccine mandates include boosters, if approved?
“As we previously reported, on Sept. 9, 2021, President Biden directed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to require employers with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing as part of a new COVID-19 action plan. The president also directed OSHA to mandate paid time off for employees to get vaccinated. OSHA will implement these directives by issuing an emergency temporary standard (ETS).

Following the announcement of President Biden’s COVID-19 action plan, it was unclear how long OSHA would take to develop and issue the ETS. On Oct. 12, 2021, the U.S. Department of Labor announced that it had sent its ETS to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) for final review. While OIRA sometimes takes weeks or even months to perform its analysis and approve a final rule, President Biden has pressured federal agencies to move quickly in issuing the ETS. Thus, it is expected that OIRA will approve the standard quickly.

After OIRA approves the ETS, OSHA will publish it in the Federal Register. It is likely that the standard will take effect shortly after it is published, so employers should prepare to implement vaccination and testing programs soon.

Several unanswered questions regarding the coverage and application of the ETS still remain. It is still uncertain how the 100 employee threshold trigger will be calculated for employers with multiple facilities, how parent and subsidiary company obligations will be determined and whether the employer or employees will bear the cost associated with mandatory COVID testing. Hopefully the ETS will answer these and more open questions. We will report on these issues as soon as additional information is available.”
