I have been on and off searching for a substance to mimic the stomach warming effect that alcohol has.
For me that is mushroom cooked 2-4 hours, ground into oblivion with some of it's water, heavily salted, reheated with some coconut oil. Eat hot. My stomach and whole body feels warmer than any other food can do to me, it's incredible.
