deplete my body of PUFA

reduce serotonin
prolactin
estrogen
prostaglandins too, to help my hair loss

will simply following a ray peat diet do this ?

i supplement with gelatine and some things which may also help in this process

Only one I am confused on is reducing prolactin, I don't know how

Just get your metabolic rate up to 98.6+ and everything will fall into place

I think prolactin can be improved by providing plenty of calcium, that is at least 1200mg Ca and more Ca than Ph. Peat has suggested Ca:Ph ratio 1:1 - 2:1, ideally about 1.5:1. Milk is a good source if it agrees with you.
There are many variants on diet here. It's a matter of trying to apply the principles and seeing what works for you. There is no guarantee that following a particular version will be the best for you.
Depleting PUFA is a common theme.
Getting metabolism to run fast enough is also a common theme. You can monitor pulse and temperature of body (on waking and a while after breakfast for a few days can be useful) and periphery, and look at a list of hypothyroid symptoms to assess how your metabolism is going.
Keeping blood sugars stable and high enough is another.
Getting enough of all the other nutrients is another important facet. If you haven't already got a way to assess this, you may find cronometer dot com a useful tool. Though it will likely overestimate iron needs and underestimate calorie needs and claim that you should have some more PUFAs, but you can take that into account.

You might find Danny Roddy's Hair Like Fox book a useful simplified summary of relevant concepts, if you haven't seen it yet.

They seem like reasonable tactics.
May or may not be sufficient, depending on where you at.
Have you measured temps etc to see how it's going?
'The peat diet' doesn't really say what you are eating.
