I've been lurking here quite a while before posting.
So great to be a part of this, Peating is the easiest way for me to work towards my personal goals and I'm so glad that Peat's research has made this way available to us now
From Sydney Australia, late 20s and male.
Aim from Peating:
Overcoming lifelong mild to moderate depression and moderate social anxiety
Increasing androgen levels (T & primarily DHT) and muscle mass from a low genetic base + almost 10 years of misguided extremely high levels of PUFA supplementation (Fish Oil) and almost lifelong serotonergic/estrogenic diet
Lowering body fat% - which is high for my age due to what I suspect is all my stored PUFA being released through my exercise program
Would love to learn from Peaters who are working towards the same goals and have advanced in the journey
I aim to get better everyday through knowledge, its never too late to change
