Making a Chrysin Lotion or Cream

Im looking advice on how I could make a cream or lotion from Chrysin.
I have it here from when I bought it a year ago, and never used it. I read its not a very effective aromatase inhibitor, due to absorption issues or something. But, I seen some talk about using it topically to boost absorption.
I know this forum has people that know a bit about compounding lotions and things. If anybody has information on what to use, the ratios or ingredients, or any useful information at all really. Please share.
