I like zucchini, and would like to add it (well cooked) to my diet, as a salty side dish at dinner time.
Does anyone know if this should be avoided due to pufa in seeds? Do I need to remove the seeds?
What about the skin? Is it ok to not peel it if it's very well cooked?
