Is There Pufa In Zucchini Seeds? Should It Be Avoided?

I like zucchini, and would like to add it (well cooked) to my diet, as a salty side dish at dinner time.
Does anyone know if this should be avoided due to pufa in seeds? Do I need to remove the seeds?
What about the skin? Is it ok to not peel it if it's very well cooked?
Thanks in advance :)

There is pufas in every seed. If zucchini is picked young there are very little seeds and there is no need to remove. If allowed to grow, the seeds become very large and I scope the centre of the zucchini out to remove the seeds. I would peel if store bought (don't know what is sprayed on them) however, from my garden, I don't peel unless I am using for desserts like strudels. I don't bother to peel if using for zucchini cake or bread etc.

Bumping this. I love zucchinis. How safe are them?
If you take the seeds out (carve them out with a spoon), wash, peel the skin out because it may have pesticide residues, then cook them well, I think it is safe to consume.
