@johnsmith what did you find out? I feel like I had a similar experience to you, save for I'm still experimenting with the Pansterone. (I feel like Dhea might give me palpitations.) The depression does seem to go w/ Preg.

There is a definite difference between taking Preg orally and/ or rubbing it on the skin. (I've been told you should under no circumstances attempt to snort Preg power - I wish I was making up that I actually inquired.) Recently I've been taking the Health Natura powder and mixing it with oil to apply to the skin. I've also been told this is an inefficient delivery mechanism, but I beg to differ. Have not tried the Idea stuff in dmso

I find oral Pregnenalone tolerable. That sublingual stuff made me crazy.

Yes, somebody else said that and I tried it, but later was told that one should, under no circumstances, snort Pregnenolone. (Exactly why not, I don't know?)

Technically, it’s not sulfated yet ... best guess.

@Arnold Grape I haven't gotten any heart palpitations in a couple months now. But I still got called in for a second test with a heart specialist.

My not so educated guess was that maybe I lowered inflammation. I believe inflammation can cause heart rubs. A month ago I was experimenting with UREA (anti-inflammatory) and I hopped on 120mg of Pure Encapsulation Magnesium Glycinate daily. Im still on the Magnesium. No more heart palpitations. I also use the "red light mini" twice a day now.

I have noticed some negative effects from adding too much oral Stressnon(Preg) with my 2 drops of oral Pansterone(DHEA/Preg). First few days seemed fine, but just 2 oral drops of Preg with 2 drops of Stressnon caused some pretty strange shitty mood effects while I was in a grocery store yesterday. It was probably estrogen.

I think Pansterone is safer then straight Pregnenolone, from what I've read. And the new Pansterone isn't with DMSO anymore btw.

TY - I did not read far enough back to see about your heart issues, but I could feel it and it's consistent. I do have sum Magnesium Bicarbonate in the refrigerator, so I'll try it.

My comparison thus far with half dose (four drops) of Pansterone is in line with what I have read about Progesterone conversion. (I.e. It has that feel.) I also agree that too much Preg will result in bad conversion/ bad mood. Still experimenting here.

And the Pansterone bottles shrank in half, so the new half a daily dose is now two drops. You must have an old one.

I think I know what you mean by shitty moods from the slightest oral Pregnenalone. Yeah, if I’m not keyed up from the sublingual, I’m like depressed as a PMSng teenage girl with the capsule. This ***t is going in the trash.

What do people say around here with the oral vs topical Preg or Pansterone. I just started taking it all orally because I had the feeling the only reason Haidut doesn't recommend it that way is because he's not legally aloud to. I started to get the hints everything might be more effective when taken orally, and you need a much larger amount topically for it to be just as effective, for example, Vitamin-E and D.

But I've herd they do different things sometimes too. Like topical vitamin-K, gets to the brain more, and oral K helps out the liver more.

Oral fat soluables have never been an issue for me, so if those cause no issues in you, then by all means, continue.

Pregnenalone is on a whole other level lol

Don't take my word for it, but I heard someone say Peat took around 3 grams a day of Preg for a year?

I just read someone say on Peatarian that he thought the lower doses might give side effects where as the highter wont. Numerous people on there are saying that. Ive never heard anyone say that on this forum. Like over 50mg and into 2grams range.

Another person said since there taking it with Dhea, they need to be extra cautious and shouldn't be doing it for as long. What does that mean? Just Preg alone is better for long term use?

I think the progesterone conversion causes the flaky, girly, unstable feelings
