You don't have to read it!
It's not about the thread, I was annoyed some mod was banning me without approaching me in a thread or message about why I was being banned. Apparently it was foul language but the language I used was relevant to the joke.
I don't have anything against reading the thread, like I said I don't want to read 9 pages right NOW

With all that, possibly the most likely to be tolerated is grass-fed, A2 milk, that is unhomogenized and unpasteurized (Jersey cows if I recall?).
Nope, Jersey are high in A1. Only slightly less than Holstein cattle.

The only Taurine breed I know of that produces A2 milk is the Guernsey. There may be others, or there may be companies that genetically test their cows to see what protein they produce (in which case breed wouldn't matter)

For reference, you CAN buy raw milk in California in stores, however I have only ever seen it in co-ops and whole foods.
We should all strive to shop at our local co-ops..

A2 and Goat are infinitely better. It's almost criminal how bad A1 conventional milk is
Added vitamins
homogonized
super pasterizedize
a1-histamine prolactin opiod button pushers...etc.
Super High tryptophan

Negative research on every aspect

A2 and goat are your best bet.
Conventional diary should be limited non-homogenized cream or kerrygold butter.
