I drink a lot of milk every day and am often surprised how little people know about its benefits. So, I need a good article that I can send friends etc. If there is none, I might write one myself so if you have good sources I should cite feel free to reply with those too.
What is at stake? I was quite annoyed seeing this article about "plant-based milk alternatives", written by a climate activist, which doesn't touch on the concept of bioavailability (which makes the simple nutritional content comparison flawed): Are plant-based milks healthier or less nutritious than cow’s milk?

I know Ray wrote Milk in context: allergies, ecology, and some myths but it feels too technical/much about allergies. Instead, I want something simple and straightforward that I can send friend etc.
