If you want a heart attack, or a host of other health problems.

The Nitric Oxide (NO) Theory Of Aging

Although, if you're into the "better living through authoritarian chemistry" , then Viagra is a great idea!!!

Interesting..I thought NO opens up the arteries and is good for the heart...foods like watermelon pomegranate and beets I thought were healthy.

I don't know but I think @DaveFoster said his grow to 7,5 inch or something, at least if my memory is right.
Yeah, my girlfriend at the time wasn't very pleased, or shall we say too pleased.

Progesterone tends to shrink the penis, but topical DHEA (and probably pregnenolone as I used both) at least increases blood flow to the shaft and probably results in tissue hypertrophy (probably through local conversion in DHT).

Yeah it seems like facial hair and chest hair is a maturing trait which maturing basically means aging and estrogen related I guess.

That's just a silly excuse made by feminine looking boys who can't grow a beard lol. It's well established that facial hair is related to androgens not estrogen. The most masculine men pretty much always have a very good beard.

I think your misunderstanding the concept though....

Stress & aging isn't really seen as bad from a evolutionary stand point, it means u have been battle tested so to speak and a good provider....I think higher testosterone with a higher aromatase enzyme (estrogen) causes dht to raise pretty high. So your right that dht is high in masculine men....but from what I see very tough masculine men who are very hairy and bald and aggressive and sexually aggressive, they all look aged in the face and stressed.

I've personally seen alcoholics that look very masculine...I think estrogen & stress plays a big role in getting dht up high

stress increase adrenalin and cortisol both gives you temporary more energy and increased conversion rate from testosterone to DHT which matures you (more masculine).
But also this stress increase free radical and let you age.

I don't misunderstand the concept. Beard growth is associated with androgens and has nothing to do with estrogen, otherwise women would grow beards too. Notice how young men from the middle east with senstitive androgen receptors can grow beards much earlier than the average caucasian. Also estrogen is an antagonist of dht so high estrogen causing high dht doesn't make sense.

I do agree however that high testosterone is likely correlated with increased aging. I also notice how these classical alpha male guys age quickly with rough wrinkled skin sometimes as early as their mid twenties.

Women have finer smoother and softer skin which most likely is related to higher estrogen.

From what I see on this forum higher estrogen is responsible for bad skin (acne, saggy skin, wrinkles)..have u read what this forum think of testosterone and hormones?

If anything higher testosterone would prevent aging in men..lower stress tighter skin less hair loss on head ect...u sound like u got your information from guys on a body building forum no offense.

Middle eastern caucasians are known to have higher estrogen & dht than Nordic European caucasians...they're diet is pretty estrogenic in ray peats eyes it seems, so they're testosterone turns into dht & estrogen along with making androgen receptors more sensative and making them aggressive (kind of like roid rage)...estrogen in steroid users spiking creates aggressive stressed out behavior and body hair growth (from dht raising as a defense mechanism to fight the estrogen).
Like how fat hairy alcoholics get aggressive and want sex after drinking a certain amount of beer or whiskey. Its the estrogen & lutenizing hormone spike.

Ray peat thinks that estrogen and stress will raise dht more than testosterone itself and create hyper masculinity in men..more feminine looking men like Asians and some south americans have higher progesterone & testosterone with lower estrogen, in ray peat & haiduts eyes atleast.

There is quite a bit of of broscience and unsubstantiated claims on both sides of the argument here. This thread has devolved to people throwing around the names of hormones that they don't seem to understand. It would be nice to see someone back up their opinions with facts supported by studies.

This is all just what I've read off of this forum tbh lol..I don't have anything to back it up. If haidut chimed in i think he would be on my side cause I got alot of the info from him lol, maybe im wrong..but I doubt it.

Sure, but @haidut generally cites his sources, which are usually reputable studies. If your source is haidut, then cite haidut. If you cite no one, I categorize your post as broscience and unsubstantiated claims, as I mentioned above. What makes this forum great is that much of what is posted is backed by science, rather than "I think I remember reading it in a thread somewhere."
